I've had nothing but service with the in Albany,OR..it use to a great store, but now their customer service sucks..management is terrible..
I went in to upgrade my phone, the girl who helped me looked on their computer and told me they had no phones I wanted, so I settled for another phone after way through the process and transferring my info and even the manager they didn't have any of the...

Quite possibly the best customer service from a wireless retail location. Check these people out. . . a very refreshing experience from a AT&T store. Locally owned and operated.

Brandon green in the Albany OR store was very helpful and quick with his work. He also helped a lot with help about phones and how to set up. Very pleased. :)
