Terrible management. We have had only problems since we moved in. They don't want to fix anything that needs fixed. We have pot holes in the yard that my kid and other kids keep tripping in, handrail is coming off the wall, and out bathtub is leaking water into our living room so they solved that with duct tape instead of fixing it.
