Had issues with other locations, but the employees here truly work hard to find solutions! If it want for this slumberland I would only shop at Ashley furniture (and they stink)

I bought over $15,000 worth of furniture. One piece was a leather couch with electric footrests. After using maybe 10 times, the electric failed. I contacted the store in Willmar, MN, and was old it was under warranty and the electric motor would be replaced. They called and told me it was back ordered and would take 2-6 weeks.
