What an absolutely terrible company! I purchased a king size mattress from the Maiden Lane location, paid $2600 for box spring/mattress/tax/etc, and arranged for delivery 9 days later. 9 days...

Had a great experience with Moncef. Ask for him, he was very friendly and helpful. I wanted to buy the mattress today but was worried about buying it a week before Black Friday sales. He assured me that if the price online comes down for Black Friday they will refund me the difference.
