Beware! Bad coloring technique, they don't listen, Keratin is a waste of money, and they pressure you to tip. I always tip, but reminding me incessantly seemed unprofessional!!
I asked for blonde hi-lights and ash brown low lights, and ended up dealing with blonde hair (in varying shades) with an orangish tinge. She did have me come back to correct the color, but not only was it only slightly better, she pulled out the Karatin she had just put in. Waste of hours of my life, and allot of money.

PLEASE do not go to this place. The stylists are very rude and there is NO professionalism. My appointment was cancelled at the last minute, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and re-scheduled for later that day (the earliest they could get me in was 4 hours later than my original scheduled time).

When I arrived the second time, their electricity had been out for an hour and they did not take the time to call me to inform me of this. I still wanted to believe the best in them and went back an hour and a half later, when the electricity came back on. I waited while the stylist slowly...
