Skyler’s owners, Ms. Moon and Charles Coolidge, have very diverse backgrounds: Charles is from Atlanta and Ms. Moon is from Saigon. The two blend their cooking styles and flavors in a wide variety of delicious foods, including Asian, European and American cuisine.
