Okay, so is my 10th day waiting for my laptop to have this new owner or person figure what is wrong with it. I call him every other day and keep's telling me that he will connect some memory whatever sticks to it , to figure it out. I will not recommend this place to any one, this Anthony person is totally unprofesional and needs customer & loyalty 101. I dont even think he is certified to know...
