This is the worst of the companies, they don't have a clue of what a 203k requires, they have very poor comunication skills, if you want to get rip off use this company, if you have a great Fico score like me never ever use this types of companies, go directly with a recognized bank, this small companies they will only try to screw you up, definetely do not recommend anybody to use Sky Valley...

I've known the people at Sky Valley since about 1995 and found them to be very knowledgeable and businesslike in their dealings with the public and their vendors. I have worked for them as a real estate appraiser and a 203k consultant. Very knowledgeable when it comes to the 203k.
