Maids pleasant, hard workers, but limited English
I had great expectations based on the promise based on the description of the service from the owner. However, I'm very disappointed in the work that was done in the two hours by the three maids sent to my house. I would not recommend this company.
Before they charged my credit card they were great with communication but after their folks cleaned my house and didn't live up to what was promised, I tried reaching out to the owner and assistant and they didn't have the courtesy to address my concerns or even respond. Here I was looking for a monthly cleaning service, they have lost my business.
The cleaning crew arrived when they promised to and cleaned the house beautifully. Everything was very well done.
