I'll be honest, the staff was polite but I was very disapointed with the actual service I received.

I knew exactly what I wanted going in (burgandy/black on top, black undertones) but my stylists ( Lindsay) literally said " No honey we'll do it this way" and I only received a shade of burgandy that appeared more pink. I was also bummed that I didn't care for the hair cut she gave me either....

I thought the place was pretty cool but the staff there, especially the owner, are completely rude and just don't give a shit about anything as long as they get paid. I had to cancel because of an emergency and was willing to pay a cancellation fee, which I was told it would be $25 by the owner's brother, Kenny, but they charged me the full price. i went to lizz and i would definitely recommend coming here. friendly and fun loving atmosphere, and the best hair cut i've ever gotten, by far!
