Alot of mold all cabins need work very noisy in summer.Beautiful scenary in summer but needs work on the grounds also needs to upgrade to 2013 not the 60s it 21st century but very quiet in the win...

It is conveniently located, the owners are very nice, steps away from the water, and a private pool. There is enough people around to have a good time. Plenty of parking.
