I went into Skip Fordyce today to see about buying myself a Buell XB12R. Apparently I don't look like a serious buyer as I stood in there and was never approached by a sales person. After a half hour of waiting I finally gave up and decided to take my business elsewhere. Sad thing is if one person had answered like two questions for me I would have probably been riding a new bike home this morning. Oh well, Malcolm across the street will be getting my business. My suggestion is. Go an extra 12 miles down the road to corona and go to the dealership there. You have a better chance of getting helped.
I was looking to get back on a bike after 16yrs and after someone stealing my credit 8yrs ago. The sales team, Tim in particular, were fantastic to deal with and explained everything to me. Tim was very helpful and instrumental on getting me on the right bike for the right price. When it came to financing Greg, "Doc", went above and beyond to get me financed with me having no credit scores....
Loved my sales guy, two thumbs up for Glove! But, the whole used car sales tactics the manager was playing was annoying, don't give me 4 squares and the back and forth "numbers crunching" use car dealership experience, this was less than pleasing, I have bought more than 20 new bikes from all the local dealers, Malcolm, Chaparral, Berts, OC Ducati, Riverside Kawi, Skip Fordyce, ect. Least fun...
I Love Riverside Harley Davidson Always Happy To Do Business At This Dealership I Have Experienced A Couple Of The Staff Members Rude Behavior But I Will Be The Bigger Man And Ignore There Behavior I'm Still Going To Stay Faithful To The Dealership!
