Penny is amazing. My skin has never felt and looked so good! Having severely dehydrated skin, no moisturizer ever worked until I saw Penny. It took about 4-6 months of Penny working her magic, then finally after 46 year, my skin held moisture through the winter. She has also worked at calming down my Rosecea.
