Huge shout out to Kirk in the rental department. After explaining our son's special needs Kirk took the time to introduce himself to our son. As our son had sensory processing issues, Kirk made sure the other rental customers were helped very quickly so the rental shop would quiet down. He had our son practice using the straps on his boots as Kirk checked the liners for proper size. We couldn't...

iv'e been a customer since 2002. I consider it the best snowsports shop in the metro area. very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I leased a full ski setup for the 2016 winter season and the equipment I received was much better than I was expecting.

Walked in looking for help with buying ski boots . Walked with 2 pair of ski boots and 2 equipment leases! Alex was fabulous, knowledge and patient and made this a very stress less process. My new favorite place!

LOVE THIS PLACE! I always go here to get educated on what's current on ski wear. The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. They don't make stores like this anymore.
