I wish I had called them first, but I went through several plumbers who never really fixed my problem. Skeen figured out what was wrong (lots of grout down the drain) and came back without my prompting to fix it with heavy-duty equipment. They were professional and reasonably priced for the work. I would have paid much less if I had gone to them first. Learned my lesson.

Skeen does above average work, but they are considerably more expensive than other plumbing contractors in the area. I was quoted over $500 to install gas logs (not including the price of the logs and I already have a gas line going to my fireplace). Just simply cutting and fitting less than 2 ft of pipe. I would look elsewhere if you are having plumbing work done unless someone else is picking...
