I agree with other reviewer: the place is very dirty, and it's overcrowded with birthday parties. The atmosphere is chaotic and stressful--not at all pleasant. The music and DJ are dangerously loud. I also found the staff rude and disrespectful. I asked if they would please turn the music down, but I was refused. The person sneered and said, "It's not that loud." Perhaps he has no idea how much...

Owners are rude and disrespectful and not willing to accept responsibility for an item they lost. This establishment is also very dirty and dangerous. They schedule too many birthday parties at one time and the skate rink is an accident waiting to happen.
