Sips Bistro is closing its doors on January 31, 2013. The food and wine have been excellent. It is closing because the lease expired and it needed to be in a better location. The owner told me that she has not decided whether to reopen elsewhere.

...it has so many elements of what I love: local, wine, food...but it seems a bit over priced and the atmosphere needs help- it just feels sterile and bad lighting for dining. But they were super friendly and food wasn't bad. Just needs an upgrade by someone with an eye for atmosphere so you don't feel like you're sitting in...
