DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I would not, under any circumstances recommend this company. I hired them to clean the carpets of the house we moved out of. They charged $80 ($180 total for a 2 bedroom) more than the other quotes I had gotten (and that's after they came down), but we hired them because they insisted they had the best equipment. They didn't do a good job, the carpets just looked like they were vacuumed. And they left an odor behind that the realtor thought was from a pet. And then when they questioned Keith SIMS at Sims Pro, he told them that it was from US and that it had been from us having a PET in the house!!!! We have NEVER had a pet in the house!!!! Then, when I called Keith to ask about it, he yelled at me that it had nothing to do with him anymore and hung up on me. Now they are wanting to keep my $800 deposit as a result. And the crazy part is that WE are the ones that hired and paid them! THIS COMPANY IS RUN/OWNED BY AND EMPLOYS UNDERHANDED AND DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!!!
