Someone broke into our storage unit and took a very valuable piece. We had taken their insurance on our contents, have a contract, etc. but an employee of theirs didn't process the information. Now they are saying they will not pay, even though we have a signed contract. It is the responsibility of the company as their employee was representing them to follow though. Now we have to go to...
