Super annoyed with Simply Mac right now. We went to the store in Orem to buy the 16 GB ipad mini with wifi. We made it very clear that is what we were there for. After 30 minutes of talking to the guy he tells us they are all out of the 16GB but they have the 32 GB. I was annoyed he kept that from us for 30 minutes. We decided to think about it. Tried to get a couple of items at the store, but the service there was awful. After getting someone's attention (this took a few minutes) it was if I was interrupting his day to try and give him my money to pay.

Dave, (the assistant manager) did such a nice job of service recovery that I had to post a review. I purchased a product that was unsatisfactory. When I returned it the 2nd time, frustrated, he handled the transaction in such a friendly, professional way, I left feeling like any of my Mac purchases in the future will be through him.
