To anyone thinking of shopping at Simply Charming in Marinette-they are not so charming! I stopped there on Small Business Sat on my way home from the UP - I had been hoping to get the opportunity to stop into this unique looking shop. SIMPLY CHARMING NOT SO CHARMING! I had a problem with some defective merchandise. I called the shop to tell them about the issue hoping they had another one. The owner told me if I wanted to get my money back, even though they had a no refund policy, I had to return it before Christmas even though that would be 50 miles one way. Don't expect any customer service after the expensive sale even if the merchandise is defective. I was treated terribly after spending $100 the first time I ever went into this store and the expensive scarf I bought started to come apart. I prefer to shop the smaller businesses due to the more personal atmosphere but not here ever again. I will find a business who appreciates my money!
