After my first and only experience with this rude,unprofessional, defensive and an over priced salon! I searched around. Ladies and Gents drum roll please...Classic Magic in Holyoke is the place-SOOOOOOooooo friendly-- they listen and want to give the customer what they need and want-gave a great cut!The prices are average, not over priced at all.All kinds of advise for color and home care offered. They don't try to add more products to your shelf but how to use what you have properly. You feel so cared for! Going back for sure!!!

I am in reciept of information and called myself...I DO NOT recommend Simplicity Salon! This was by far, the WORST costumer service experience ever.To take the reflection off their own unbelievable and bad behavior they blame a potential client and call them unforgivable names. They are pushing blame elsewhere to cover themselves trying to make people believe they did not behave badly! VERY inmature, unprofessional and really lacking in experience with customers.There are many customers, men and women lost to them because of this.It is not a place to call,they take offense to basic questions and think they are the best, NOT.NOT. NOT.

A women needs to shop around, this is over priced, $35-40 for a trim (inch off) and $150+ for a semi-color, partial high lights, not to include the tip! She claimed it would cost $200.00+ elsewhere. I have not, would not pay that. My hair has been done longer than she has been in biz, only 7 years! Her way to drum up business is turning women off to her! She is rude, short, has the worst costumer service I have experienced w/an owner of any business! How can the rest of the staff be, if the owner is like this! Now I know a lot of women that will never step foot that place, ever! UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Make a better choice people! Our hard earned $ should be spent on a more deserving salon and hairdressers!! I will find it and share with all of you women
