My experience:
NO one should have to pay before the service is provided. I was asked to leave payment before they repaired my shoes. Since, Beatriz seemed kind and honest, I did. She also said to me that the shoes will be repaired in a couple of days; I had dropped them off on a Wednesday. Monday came and I walked in the store to find one of my high heel shoe straps on the floor. I asked her...

Horrible work. They destroyed a great pair of shoes that just needed a heel. Its not rocket science...get this...for leather black dye touch up...they used a black marker...wtf..? beatriz is clueless.

Dishonest, horrible service, the owners are rude! Very bad location. Her store is disorganized and messy! Google her store and you will see that they have been on channel 7 news...
