Help us make it rightdriving from SLO is quite a drive but prices here are very good. My friend bought floors from them so i came out to check em out.
There were lots of choices to choose from and their big displays really helped in the selection. bc of the cabinets we had, we were able to narrown our choices down to 4 options. Three were in stock and one of them was coming in in 2 weeks and of course my wife had to choose that one. Must be a poplular choice! The price was right and we liked it, so we went for that one. I loved one of the clearance item handscraped floors shown on the website but it...
The service was excellent. My husband was always working so late that he couldn't make it into the store to see the sample, so they offered me a great selection to accommodate us in our dilemma.
We found great floors that matched everything we were looking to match out of Simple Floors huge selection; our new area rug, our paint color in the house, and the new base boarding.
I would highly recommend this store to anyone that is doing their floors.
Best of all they have a play area set up for the children so that you can take your time looking around and not worry about keeping the children...
Simple floors has a great selection of laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring. The samples are large and give a great representation of what the floor will look like. Prices are the best in town and it's almost all in stock.
Pros
+ Price, selection and service
Cons
- None that I found

When I contact simplefloors, they tell us we need to pay for a hardwood inspection report before they will lift a finger. And it turns out that that report costs over $300. I was shocked by their complete failure to stand behind their product. I highly recommend everyone else stay away.
Cons
- Won't stand behind their product.
I'm a newby at the flooring stuff.... but I visited many many showrooms in the Silicon valley. At most places the extent of the Sales reps knowledge was reading the back of the displays, the showrooms were tight and displays hard to get to, and too small to get a good idea and after 15 minutes I had to chase some one down to get any help.
At simple floors.. the first thing I noticed is the showroom was much different, displays are much bigger and better to get a good idea of the entire job. They are easy to get to and enough space for a few people to look around in the same area with out...
