Customer service was outstanding from the 1st initial phone call, Delia was completely friendly and welcoming. Dominic was outstanding in all capacities, complete;y educated us in flooring. We did research other places and came back primarily on the friendliness, loyalty & overall experience.

Great experience. Sales person very knowlegable regarding installation and product. They had so many choices of material. My husband was very impressed with the product and the warranty that it has. I would suggest Simple Floors to everyone. Good Shopping.

We found a flooring that would work for our budget. Its a cherry wood. Its very tough, I have dropped a few things on it and it didn't dent. The color has darkened up though. I didn't notice it until I moved a plant the other day and its lighter under it. The salesperson said that my floor changes color more than most.
