Our claims dept contacted you days after your claim came through. We spoke with the movers and they said they loaded your truck to the best of their ability, and they also stated lack of blankets and tie down rope. Do not use this company to move a dog house, much less a complete house. We moved from St Louis and our ""professional"" movers came an hour late, with no dolly, and no tools to dismantle furniture. I was told by Josh in the home office it would take another 1-2 hours for the ""professional"" to pick one up somewhere, so we let them use ours. After 4 hours of them loading and leaving a lot of furniture in the yard and the house, they were dismissed and the 2nd set of ""professionals"" came to unload and reload to get more furniture in the truck. Both sets of ""professionals"" scratched...
Penske recommended Simple movers to help load my truck. These guys were great, over 104 degrees outside they work non stop. Best of all there was no damages. Thank you very much for having great movers
movers were late, no calls explaining why, and useless when they did eventually show up, customer service was offensive and also worthless, worst movers ever used
