Read your warranty.. my god I dont know how many of you "type" people I get in my line of work. You think youre ok if you have stains, how do you know it didnt get damaged in the move? Any type of stains voids your warranty. Read the warranty card that came with the bed when purchased. Its consumers like you who waste my time when I come out to inspect your bed. I purchased a Simmon's Beautyrest, Simmon's top of the line mattress, for over $1000 four years ago.   The mattress springs have failed, the bed is painfully uncomfortable, and the mattress is no longer usable.   This mattress came with a 10 year warranty.  However upon contacting Simmons about the warranty, they told me because the mattress had a small scuff on the bottom side of the mattress...
