The owner is extremely unprofessional and has a very short fuse; he would be wise to do the repairs himself and allow his employees to handle customer relations.
My initial problem was repaired in 4 days, but when it was returned, there was a new problem that an employee admitted was probably a result of their installation. She said to bring it back and they'd take care of it right away. When I did, I was informed there was no one to fix it and I'd have to leave it. After 2 days of being told by the owner "call back in 15 mins" or "1/2 hr", he got angry that I kept calling, even though he instructed me to do so, and said he'd call me when it was repaired. When I asked for an idea of how long that might be (not an unreasonable question considering it was already day 2 of the 2nd repair visit), he shouted at me to pick up my PC he refuses to fix it.
Bottom line: I paid them to repair a known issue, only to have them create a mystery issue that I will have to pay someone else to repair.
Working with Devin was great! I needed the screen for my laptop replaced after dropping it. I called several places and Devin offered the best deal. Being on a very tight budget, I went with him....
Over the years had a few computers fixed by them and have always not been real happy. Last time was a new motherboard needed for an HP-took well over a month and had to bring back with the same problem the next day. After a couple more weeks we received the computer back and now a month later it's doing the same thing-I am so tired of the run around with them I am just going to buy a new computer-wish Devin had suggested that in the first place .I will not be going back !
