My first time to Silverthorn was nothing short of spectacular! I'm a member of 2 very nice private golf courses, but a friend told me that I couldn't find a better track anywhere for under $30 than Silverthorn. He was right- It feels more like the Sandhills of NC than other courses around Tampa. I'll be back often and will be bringing some buddies too! Greens were a tad bit slow...bunkers were...

Courses around the Tampa area have been taking a hit with the recent drought and now constant rain. But this course has held up very well. Greens are near perfect and fairways were plush. Best $12 I've spent in a long time!

Tremendous value. One of the nicest gems in Hernando County. I live 22 miles from the course and if I lived a bit closer I would become a member. Greens were excellent. Just a pleasure to play this well maintained course. You won't be disappointed.

We had a fantastic round of golf...even through the rain delay. The course, clubhouse and even restrooms were top notch. We look forward to our next round and to seeing a Pro Shop inventory that aligns with the quality of the course.
