Great location. Quiet community. Nice sized apartments. Only issue...not enough uncovered resident parking spots.
Overall a great place to live. The apartment is a good size and is nice, especially for how cheap rent is. The closet is huge and there are two other closets for storage, one being an outside closet on the balcony. There is a washer and dryer hook up if you have a washer and dryer. It's quiet and drama free almost all the time. There is a bus stop close where you see a lot of sketchy people and...
You are best to stay away. Poor management It is best to stay away. There are dope rings going on there. Residents are allowed to let their dogs out to crap on the lawns and Management dose not care. Infomark, the Management Company does not care. I think it is going section 8.
Complex is nice but the surrounding area and thieves aren't(my car has been broken into twice in 1 year). Gates are pretty much always broken. The staff always warns people about the trash rules but nobody seems to listen. The worst problem has to be the dog crap everywhere. And I mean everywhere!
This is a great place to live. The community is awesome and the staff is so nice. The maintenace is also great. I broke something and I got it fixed within the hour. Its awesome here.
