I work for a hotel that uses this dry cleaner for employee and guest laundry.

Silvercrest does a terrible job.

We have had several incidents of laundry not arriving when they are supposed to. Not long ago, over the course of one overnight shift, both my manager and I were given 3 different times when laundry would be returned. The guest had already had several problems and the laundry...

The lounge area has a large screen tv and couches for waiting while your clothes are in the washers. The owner is very friendly, and is there alot. Plus, the prices are great!

Great dry cleaning, very average coin laundry

The dry cleaning portion of this business was very good. The attendant, Ms. Thelma was excellent. My dry cleaning was very satisfactory. The coin laundry was too crowded and not very clean. The equipment was outdated and not all the machines where working. I would recommend the dry cleaning, but not the coin laundry.
