I was in touch with one of the volunteers from the Madison heights location. I had an appointment to meet one of the dogs and I got called into work the day of. I emailed her letting her know three hours before my appointment but she hadn't received it until an hour after my appointment. She replied calling me "rude, i...nconsiderate and a disrespectful human being" then continued to yell at me...
