Help us make it rightDr. Silver is probably the best dentist I have ever seen. Not only is he well trained and intelligent, but he is respected and admired by every patient I have talked to. Okay, so time is sometimes a flexible notion, but that's true of any doctor with emergencies. His staff is wonderful and the office is state-of-the-art. I would not hestitate to recommend him to anybody.
Without a doubt, one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Great location by the Light Rail and checking in was easy too. With a huge flat screen and large waiting room...waiting was more of a pleasure than a hassle.
Once inside, everything looked so NEW and UP-TO-DATE (including TV's by every chair). The Dentist's assistant did a thorough and PAINLESS job of cleaning and left very little for Dr. Silver. Even so, he went in and took his time making sure I was 100% clean, healthy and ready-to-go.
I would easily refer anybody looking for a thorough yet relaxing visit to the dentists.
I am shocked to hear that someone had a bad experience with Dr. Silver. He has been my dentist for nearly a decade. He has always been courteous to me and has never allowed me to be in pain. The best part is that his dental work has been superb. I am now 69 years old, and my teeth are in excellent shape. He had to crown a lot of them because they were crumbling away, but they are now perfectly matched pearly whites well rooted in the gum. I am very satisfied with Dr. Silver.
I had the worst dental experience there I've ever had!
My root canal experience with Dr. Silver was nothing but one problem after another. He was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, "DEMEANING" and CHILDISH throught the whole procedure.
First, I had to wait 50 minutes for him to get back from his lunch..which he NEVER apologized.
Second, he gave me shot..after 15 or 20 minutes, I heard him coming and got back in the chair. He asked me if I was numb, and I told him I wasn't. 3rd he got angry with me and laughed at me because I said I was still in pain while he was drilling
I kept telling him it hurt, but he kept working. Eventually after I started crying, he stopped and started to think that maybe I was telling the truth. Eventually, he got around to asking me what I had been doing...
He was the worst of the WORST. He was very rude and arrogant. He treats patients like s@!t and treats all his employess like they are stupid or something.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
One thing you can be sure of, he will never again touch my teeth!
