I moved in to a non carpet cleaned, didn't re paint or wash the walls atleast full of mildew and mold apartment. Always stinks since day one.. And soon after we moved in.. We had a bug problem! Got a pest control company to take a look and they said it was an exsisting problem. They talked to the office and the office was very rude to them! And they said that they didn't care! For the price, this place is wonderful, all of the standard apartments are 2 bed/1bath, 800sq. ft. All balconies, no patio on ground floor though.
