I never schedule a cab when I come to Bakersfield because theirs usually cabs there but with the bad experience I had the last time I was forced to try other services and finally I found one that I was very pleased with, Silver Cab has been the only one I call now for my transportation needs. I called Silver Cab and they were prompt in getting all the details, they asked for my name, phone number and they called me 30min before they arrived to picked me up i was more than satisfied after having a bad experience with yellow cab, I recommend this Cab to everyone.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I watched them take advantage of a blind elderly lady today. Horrible service and the driver was rude. I gave the lady the number to the better business bureau....
