New Mexico's oldest, continually operated bar. History drips from the walls. Esquire magazine listed Silva's Saloon as one of the top 10 coolest bars in the country!

A great bar(saloon) that must be visited if in the Albuquerque area. Felix makes the visit a trip back in time and worth much more than a cold one. You will appreciate so many of the things that have made this country and New Mexico great. The bar has been in one family dating back to the 1930's and includes artifacts dating back to those early days. The locals that you meet are very friendly...

So glad to know it is still there. Lived in Bernalillo for 6 years and have been gone for 20 years. Will be back thru there the first week of May and look forward to going to Silva's Saloon. Great place to go and great people there also. My friend and I both worked for Advance Mfg. and we are both coming back there for a visit.

Right outside of Albuquerque is the over one hundred year old Silva's Saloon, full of local flavour from the hats of former patrons hanging on the rafters to the large oval bar. The primary beers on tap are Budweiser and Bud Light, but other options are of course available. So immerse yourself in the Old West at the filming location of many Western films.
