Not worth it at all, might as well move into the Taj Mahal down the road that is currently being built. If you want to smell and hear everything your neighbors do, this is the place for you. I have lived in apartments most of my life, and these are by far the worst.

I have lived in silco management apts for 12 years the super and landlord are mean they don't care about the inside of the apt and if you have a old car forget about it they will ride you unitl you move or get rid of it. Do not live there they are overpriced for what you get

Silco Management was extremely unprofessional, the room they had for us was not as described. All of the locks on the windows were either missing or broken. The appliances were ancient and the plumbing work was sloppy.

+ The location seemed nice

- Fixtures in appartment were old/broken
