SILA is great for cleaning and doing yearly inspections; they usually have a coupon in the Post on Thursdays. But if you have anything wrong, expect to pay about twice the price to fix the issue. And... they were also suggesting to me that I replace the AC system, as it was 15 years old. Cost..about $8-12K. …
