I was really impressed with Dr. Franklin at Signature Smiles and his staff. I used a Groupon for a crown. They were very friendly and professional from the beginning. Before starting, he said there may be an additional expense if there was a lot of prep work needed when he got underneath my metal cap. This was completely reasonable. I was definitely not satisfied when I went to this office. I purchased a Groupon for a routine cleaning. The staff was not friendly, and the dentist was at the top of that list! He had absolutely no "bedside manner", and came abruptly into the room, said I needed a couple cavities filled and a crown. Dr. Marks helped me finally be able to smile. I had horrible gaps and chipped teeth due to years of neglect to my teeth and never having braces.
