I am a frequent shopper at Sign Outlet, I even go to their open house event every year. I just wanted to give a shout out to them real quick. They helped me when my cutter broke down. I spent close to 15 grand in a refrbished printer that due to a broken manifold nipple in one of the printheads it's been in a corner for years. When I emailed the sales Rep about that and inquire about an manifold. He jockingly .Do you want me to send you a limo. I still can't understand that.
