I went in for severe pain and saw Dr Seiple. I had to get an MRI and the staff was bothered by having to get the prior authorization done. They gave me incorrect information for getting the MRI and didn't follow up on getting the prior auth. Which led to a 3 week delay and I had to figure it out on my own. Great service. nice people but...

Great service. nice people but don't call to have your bill paid. I've called twice today and the first time I finally gave up. I clocked my wait time @ approx. 10 minutes, I called again and my wait time was about 8. I just want to pay my bill. Needless to say. I'll wait until they send me another bill. They don't even give you time to reply if you can hold or not. Need to focus a little...

This office has a monopoly in Casa Grande, AZ.
They do not accept all forms of insurance. mine happens to be Tricare Prime. This is insurance you recieve from the military. My husband is a disabled vet from the NAVY. They would not cast our year old son's arm when it was broken. Instead we had to wait 8 days for a doctor to see us in Tucson! Their excuse is Tricare does not pay the full amount....
