This service sucks. I'm at the airport and waiting over an hour and I had a reservation! I won't use these guys again.

Last week, I took the Shuttle Express from the airport into downtown Seattle and then back to the airport a week later. I had the most awesome experience! Thanks to my two shuttle drivers. Prompt and courteous.

They were very helpful at first, then when I called back because I noticed my account was charged an additional $60 without ANYONE telling, they said that it was because they didn't realize it was considered a high traffic time for drop off!!! So our trip for a 10 passenger for 4 miles to downtown went from $89 to $150! It was very unprofessional to be sneaky and tack on charges without...

Arranged for an 11.30am pickup, called at 11.40am, said 5 minues away, still waiting 30minutes later and no pick up. Called again, said a miscommunication and it will be another 20 minutes. So far an hour overdue. Don't plan on a prompt service

Wow Shuttle Express. Sitting at Seattle Airport. Reservation was for 9:30am. Its now 10:57am and I'm still waiting. This is not good.
