I called Bill after I read all the great reviews about this company and true to each review, he delivered excellent service and an excellent product. He called me back quickly, set up an appointment to come and quote my windows,and offered an excellent price for quality wood shutters. Both he and his installer (Adrian and Sergio) were a pleasure to work with. They take pride in their work which shows in all aspects of the job from the first meeting to the final installation. Also, when Adrian and Sergio finished installing the shutters, Bill came to my home and personally inspected each shutter. Both my husband and I were very impressed with this degree of customer service. I hightly recommend The Shutter Factory to anyone looking to cover their windows. Excellent Company!!!
Bill is a guy who takes pride in his business. He's very quick to respond and resolve your concerns. Adrian and Sergio came over to do the installation and the place looks 1000 times better. The installation only took a few hours. Since I have a new home, the window frames weren't square but Adrian and Sergio worked his magic to make everything fit. As soon as my parents saw my shutters, they ordered some from Bill as well and couldn't be happier.

The blinds gives a clean and professional feel to each of our rooms, the customized Arch Shaped Shutter above are windows really added a modern elegant look, which is exactly what we were looking for!
This business closed down a long time ago, but they are still making house calls and taking money only never to be heard from again. F rating on better business bureau. Read the ripoff reports and google this company.
They have been "closed" a while but still come measure and take your money. Bill Wallace has all his finances taken care of by his friend Tony Bridges in Allen. AG
This place went out of business a while ago. The good reviews are phony. Look up the rating at the Better Business Bureau, the got an "F". Read the reports at Ripoff.com or just Google the Shutter Factory. Wallace is still making house calls, measuring and taking money with no factory in which to produce his product. This is fraud. Look at all the people he has stolen from and avoid them...
