Shu is one of my favorite places to shoe shop! I have been frequenting Shu for several years - their customer service is always top notch. They have a fabulous selection of fashionable and comfortable shoes!

I like this place! Fabulous shoes. Comfortable feet. Balanced checking account. Knowledgeable and friendly service. AND instead of wall to wall zombie teenagers (aka mall) adorable guys with trendy haircuts streaming out of Gent. No. I love this place.

I have been in the St. Paul store twice in the last 6 months and have been very disappointed in the customer service. Each time I entered the store, I have never been greeted.
