Good carpet bad install

We had our entire basement carpet in with carpet from shroats. we still love the carpet but the installation is something to be desired. Shortly after the installation there was a seam down the middle of my basement floor. we had the installer come back and redo the seam and that seems to help for a while. I've called at least 6 times since around Thanksgiving it is now Easter. they tell me...
