I visited this Dr because I needed a wellness check up and letter stating that my deafness is a permanent disability. I was very specific when I made my appointment. After wasting time waiting to be seen, I finally being seen, I was told that I have to go elsewhere to get current immunizations and when he gave me the letter that I resquested, it only stated how long i was deaf, when i asked him...
