Wish I had listened closer to a past client of theirs. She told me she loved her cabinets but she didn't feel like they had time for her because they were moving their showroom. Well guess what, the person I worked with on our project, was on vacation 3 times hunting during our planning phase, had no back-up person to talk to when he was out of town.
