Bought 2015 highlander November 2014. 1) 5/23/15 set service appt for oil change and recall a week in advance. Issues: No oil change done (stated it was not require- but manual states depends on dusty road conditions- everything was dusty after the mud from the ice & then rains/ flooding. My seat was ruined by servicing when my recalled part was replaced. Manager promised replacement. 2)...
