Shorty Wallin gave keys to my home and my burglar alarm pass code to police. I changed my locks three times. In August I saw a female officer exit my home with a key. Her drivers license # is 8675US. She is a state trooper and a Hampton Police officer also came out. I didn't get his license number. They left a bag of bugging devices on the counter. They are trying to blackmail me into stopping my case. they routinely steal from me - thousands of dollars in software, computers, jewelry, cash, and power tools. Yesterday, they broke my brand new $1500 washer. Shorty Wallin can't be trusted.
Bob did a great job replacing my car ignition lock/switch. It was a complicated job in the heat. He helped me confirm that was the problem before fully proceeding. He was very professional - took his time and was very careful to put everything back together correctly. Highly recommend them.
Shorty Wallin Lock & Security is a wonderful company with friendly employees and quick service. My husband and I have used Shorty Wallin Lock and Security on several occasions over the past eight years and continue to be impressed with the professionalism of the company and knowledgeable staff.
Shorty Wallin Lock & Security installed a home security system for us. The price was great and there is no contract, exactly what we needed. They were very professional, proficient and cleaned up after themselves. When I had questions Michael made time to come out to the house to help me. I highly recommend them and plan to use their services again to rekey our locks.
Office manager was very polite and helpful. She said they would be here between 9am and 9:30am. They arrived at 9:45am. The two employees were very courteous and changed our 8 locks within one hour. It is so nice to be able to count on a business to perform the job as requested, on time, and do it right! We will always choose this business for our locksmith needs.
