The teachers & the Director's door is always open to every parent's concerns as well as the Owner if you feel your concerns are not being addressed. Our centers did close for the storm in December 2012 because most of our morning staff come from far away and didn't think they would be able to make it in (as they couldn't they told us the next day). We were being pro-active as parents also...

The after school teachers do not seem to have an attachment to the children or families. I would be surprised if the owner or teachers know my name (as a parent), even after several years of enrollment. The owner is very standoffish. The owner has also been known to close the daycare a day prior to a storm, instead of waiting until the morning of a storm to see if the weather report was...
